Return & Refund Policy

 Refund Policy:

 

1. a) Buyer may be entitled to a refund for prepaid Orders.  “Try on Trends” retains the right to retain the penalty payable by the Buyer in Section I(b) from the amount refundable to him/her. The Buyer shall also be entitled to a refund of proportionate value in the event packaging of an item in an Order or the complete Order, is either tampered or damaged and the Buyer refuses to accept at the time of delivery for the said reason;

1. b) Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding.

1. c) In case of payment at the time of delivery, Buyer will not be required to pay for:
2. i) Orders where packaging is either tampered or damaged at the time of delivery;
3. ii) Wrong Order being delivered; or

iii) Items missing from Buyer’s Order at the time of delivery.

 

 Return Policy:

 

4. a) We are committed to ensure the buyer’s satisfaction with any product ordered from “Try on Trends”. If the buyer is not satisfied with any product, the buyer can return the product within 7 DAYS from the date of delivery directly to the merchant on the following terms;
5. i) In the unlikely event of any product sent by the merchant not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if; product delivered is different from the order placed, buyer can return the product unused along with its original invoice, and in the same condition as received in original packaging along with original tags for refund/exchanged.
6. ii) In case a product comes with manufacturer warranty, customer will contact the manufacturer directly and follow the return/replacement procedure as per the manufacturer policy.

iii). Refund shall be initiated once the product reaches back the merchant and necessary checks are completed to clear the refund process.

iv). All the return pickups and the charges for the same will be handled exclusively between the merchant and the customer without any liability/answerability/involvement of “Try on Trends” in this regard.

V). “Try on Trends” is not responsible for the delivery/return pickups/charges related to this, and the entire responsibility pertaining to same will be on the merchant, including co-ordination with the buyer for the delivery or returns.
